Anthony Joshua Shares Video of Intense Training in Lead-up to Ruiz Jr. Rematch
Anthony Joshua has shared a video of the intense training he is putting himself through in the build-up to his much anticipated rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr. The 30-year-old tweeted a video yesterday that shows him engaging in a vigorous training regime, displaying explosive hand-speed and even lifting weights with his teeth. Watch the video here:

Revenge

Joshua suffered the first and only loss of his blistering career against Ruiz Jr in New York earlier this year, when the Mexican-American won by TKO in the seventh round. Many were shocked by the Watford-born superstarโ€™s defeat to underdog Ruiz Jr and some thought he may have been a little hasty in his plans for a rematch so soon. Nevertheless, the pair will go head to head once more in Saudi Arabia on December 7 with the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight titles all up for grabs as Joshua looks to exact revenge and restore his legacy.

ย 'Bow to Me'

And AJ isnโ€™t holding back when it comes to talking about his intentions on the night. He told Sky Sports: "I'm fighting the best man in the world now. I'm going to whup him, and show how great I am." "They think he's so great, so when I beat him I want everybody to bow to my feet and tell me how great I am. "I couldn't beat Ruiz Jr before and get the credit I deserved.โ€ "Apparently I'm fighting the quickest hands and the best fighter in the division. So once I beat him I want everybody to bow to me."

Fire in the Belly

Joshua is looking in peak physical condition in the run up to the fight, looking leaner and more defined than he did in his first encounter with Ruiz Jr. The 2012 Olympic champion also knows his head needs to be in the game, and is confident he has the right mentality to regain the titles he lost on that disastrous night in June, telling BBC Sport: "There is fire in the belly." "There are things I have had to do to take me to the next level." "I am confident I can be victorious and when I am I will tell everyone of how I went wrong." Ruiz Jr is also looking lighter than he did in the first bout and has expressed his intentions to be a stone lighter when the pair next come to blows. Only time will tell whether AJ can redeem himself on what will be an explosive night of boxing. (Featured image source: Instagram and Twitter/ Anthony Joshua)
